JACK L. WONG,  FOUNDER & CEO 

Jack has over forty years of professional experience in municipal government, with extensive experience in the following areas: economic development, city planning, community development and redevelopment, housing, CDBG/HOME, city administration and management, public policy, and grant writing. His expertise in economic development and work within diverse communities is exemplified in his establishment of educational conferences and the development of social and civic engagement programs. 

He served as a Board Member of the League of California Cities and is an invited speaker at the League of California Cities, California Redevelopment Association, Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers conferences. Jack was also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Policy, Planning & Development at the University of Southern California. Jack received his Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Jack served as interim city manager, assistant city manager, director of community development/executive director-redevelopment, and interim director of community development in various cities. Jack also co-founded ETHNOPOLIS, Inc., an award-winning nonprofit research and education organization focusing on urban issues and demographic change.
